About me
I am a tenure-track faculty member of INSAIT, in Sofia, Bulgaria.
My research interests lie in the area of trustworthy machine learning and I am especially interested in providing mathematical guarantees for machine learning models.
Before joining INSAIT, I was a postdoctoral fellow at the ETH AI Center, working under the supervision of Prof. Martin Vechev and Prof. Fanny Yang. Prior to that, I was a PhD student at IST Austria, working in the group of Prof. Christoph Lampert. I was also part of the ELLIS PhD Program, through which I visited Prof. Nicolò Cesa-Bianchi at the University of Milan in 2021.
Before joining IST, I completed a 4-year master degree program in Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Oxford. My master thesis concerned the usage of kernel dependence measures for unsupervised learning and was conducted under the supervision of Prof. Dino Sejdinovic.
